Bean bags help relieve back pain. They provide support and allow you to sit in various positions. There is little pressure on the hips, sciatic nerve, spine, and buttocks. You can make your own bean bag at home if you want. All you need to do is choose a fabric that will withstand microwave heat, cut it and fold it, sew it, fill it half-way and stitch at the top.
